Mumbai: Sheezan Khan, who was arrested for allegedly abetting co-actor Tunisha Sharma’s suicide, will remain in judicial custody for at least 14 more days.

The 27-year-old Sheezan was taken in custody by Valiv Police in Palghar district on December 26.

Police had been complaining that Sheezan was not cooperating in the investigation. They told the magistrate’s court that the actor was not revealing the password of his Google and mail ID, pretending to have forgotten those.

The actor’s lawyer said that since Sheezan’s cell phone is with the police, the password can be cracked by any expert.

Sheezan’s legal team has submitted four applications before the court, reported India Today. They have mentioned that (a) his hair should not be cut while he is in judicial custody; (b) he should be provided medicines along with home-cooked food; (c) his family and lawyer should be allowed to meet; (d) media trial should be stopped.

Tunisha’s mother Vanita Sharma has claimed that Zeeshan was cheating on her and that’s why he broke up. She claimed that Tunisha was so depressed that she took her own life.
