Brahmagiri: Two persons, including the driver of a car, died after it crashed into a roadside tree on Puri-Satapada highway late on Saturday.
While the driver of the car was from Bhagabanpur village under Brahmagiri police limits, the other deceased was a resident of Sahadebpur village under Arakhakuda Marine police limits, police sources said.
The incident took place at Mathapatna Chhak when the driver lost control over the vehicle while the duo was returning to Brahmagiri last night.
On being informed, the fire services personnel recovered the bodies from the vehicle.
