Bhubaneswar: Ahead of the monsoon session of the Odisha Assembly, two staffers have tested positive for COVID-19.
On the direction of Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro for a mandatory RT-PCR test of all MLAs and Assembly staff, a camp has been set up inside the Assembly premises.
A total of 493 samples were collected on Sunday and two among them were found infected.
The RT-PCR test will continue till Tuesday.
The Monsoon session of the Assembly is scheduled to begin from Wednesday and continue till September 9.
