Konark: Two students of National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) drowned in sea near Beleswar at Konark in Puri district on Saturday. One among them is yet to be traced.
According to available information, five students of the institute had gone to visit Beleswar temple and later went to the sea to take bath. Two among them went missing
On being informed about the incident, fire personnel rushed to the spot and fished out the body of one student. Efforts are on to trace the body of the other student.
The deceased was identified as Pranjal Bewal, a native of Uttarakhand.
