Bhubaneswar: The state government has declared the under-graduate (UG) courses in agriculture and allied subjects as professional courses.
The government took the decision after the National Commission of Agriculture recommended to maintain parity of BSc (Agriculture) with degrees of Medical, Engineering and Veterinary disciplines.
