Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance officials on Monday apprehended a clerk and a peon of a state government office while taking bribe of Rs 20,000.
Following a complaint by a contractor that Sadasiva Sahoo, senior clerk-cum cashier in the office of SE RW (PH) Division, Bhubaneswar was demanding the bribe for facilitating release of his pending bills towards execution of sanitary works of a government building, the Vigilance set up a trap.
