A man who is keen on getting married has a rather unusual demand in this day and age. He is seeking a bride who is “not addicted to social media”.
A 37-year-old lawyer from West Bengal placed this rather interesting ad in a newspaper. Ever since a picture of the ad was shared on Twitter by IAS officer Nitin Sangwan this Saturday, it has been creating a buzz, NDTV reported.
“With no demand, the groom seeks fair, beautiful, tall, slim bride. Bride must not be addicted to social media.
“Prospective brides/grooms please pay attention,” wrote Sangwan on Twitter while sharing the pic. “Matchmaking criteria are changing,” NDTV reported.
Needless to say, Netizens are amused by the ad and Sangwan’s tweet has garnered hundreds of ‘likes’ and comments.
Many Twitter users wondered if the ad was a joke and dropped amused comments and reactions. Some wished the prospective groom good luck with his unrealistic demand, NDTV reported.
