Bhubaneswar: The heatwave currently sweeping Odisha and other parts of India has been unbearable. People are coping with it in various ways: staying indoors during the day, with cool summer drinks or stepping out with their faces and heads covered.
Well, some are trying to beat the heat even with humour. Like stand-up comedian Danish Sait, who in a short video uses various characters and titles of Shakespeare’s plays to express his struggles with 40-plus degrees Celsius.
“In the heat, I can make a Hamlet on my car’s bonnet,” he jokes, pretending to talk over the phone.
“Every day, three times I am taking a Mac-Bath,” he continues.
“Don’t go about Romeo-ing outside, you’ll become a Juli-sweat,” he jokes further.
“With the rise in temp, my temper has become a Tempest.”
