Mumbai: Emotions flowed, so did the tears, in an episode of The Big Picture.
As Abhay Singh, a contestant in the new game show on Colors TV, talked about how his father died when he was just seven years old, even host Ranveer Singh couldn’t prevent his eyes from getting moist.
“My father died when I was in Class 7. I could not understand what was happening then, I was so young. I had never experienced death until then. I could not have cried in front of my family and no one would have understood even if I did. My mother has worked so hard. We did not have enough money at home that all my siblings could be sent to school,” Abhay tells Ranveer in a clip from an upcoming episode, posted by Colors TV.
The Bollywood superstar tried to control his emotions, but was seen crying after a few moments as the youngster continued.

In an earlier promo clip of the programme, Ranveer talks about his marriage with Bollywood queen Deepika Padukone and their plans to start a family.
Contestants who qualify to take part in The Big Picture have to answer questions based on pictures shown to them. They stand to win whopping prize money of Rs 5 crore.
