Bhubaneswar: The Home department of Odisha has kept in abeyance its earlier order relating to withdrawal of services of the OSS cadre officers in the office of the Chief Minister and their posting in their respective departments.
The Home department, in its earlier order of June 17, had stated that the services of 22 OSS cadre officers placed in the CMO are hereby withdrawn and they are posted as such in their respective administrative departments.
While 22 of these officers are from Parliamentary Affairs department, one is from Planning and Convergence department and another from Rural Development department.
However, the Home department subsequently put this order in abeyance until further orders.
