Bhubaneswar: The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch on Wednesday arrested a woman on charges of cheating the ICICI Bank to the tune of Rs 1.24 crore.
According to the complaint lodged by a branch of ICICI Bank here, the accused, identified as Swati Rekha, had submitted some documents to procure a loan of Rs 1.24 crore.
On verification by the bank officials, documents were found to be forged.
