Baripada: A woman died after a mud-baked wall collapsed at Palasmundali village under Moroda police station limits in Mayurbhanj district on Wednesday while she was breast-feeding her six-month-old baby.
Victim Kanchini Behera’s two daughters were sleeping beside her when the wall crumbled. Her brother who rushed to the house rescued the two daughters, the eldest being four-year-old, but could not save Kanchini. She had been residing at her father’s house when the mishap occured.
