Bhubaneswar: Maitree Vihar police have rescued two children, who were branded with hot kitchen pincer for three days for allegedly opposing ‘extramarital affairs’ of their mother in Bhubaneswar.
The incident was reported from Mahavir slum of Chandrasekharpur. Both the woman and her paramour have reportedly been detained by police.
According to sources, the woman’s loved allegedly branded the children – one girl and two boys – with a hot kitchen pincer by locking them inside a room for three days on the pretext to discipline them when they opposed their relationship
The accused, Gudu Nayak who nabbed after on Thursday night after a series of raids, has reportedly confessed to his crime during interrogation. He was allegedly in a relationship with the woman for around seven months.
