Khurda: A youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances at NISER Square near Jatni in Khurda district on Sunday morning.
He has been identified as Rabinda Nayak, a native of Delang in Puri.
According to the sources, the deceased was an ex-Panchayat Samiti member of Harirajpur.
Locals found the body lying in a pool of blood along the road and informed the police.
On being informed, the police reached the spot and sent it for postmortem.
Though the reason behind the possible murder is yet to be ascertained, it is being suspected to the fallout of past enmity.
