Bhubaneswar: Tension ran high at Khandagiri in Odisha capital after a youth was allegedly stabbed to death by a group of miscreants late on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Sanatan Routray of Raghunath Nagar under Khandagiri police limits.
Sources said the deceased, who owns a mobile phone shop in Dumduma area, had an altercation with some youths late in the night and one among them stabbed him.
While Sanatan died on the spot, the youths fled the area.
Police later detained four members of a family, including two women, in connection with the alleged murder.
