Bhubaneswar: The fourth edition of Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF) will be held at Hotel Mayfair from June 10.
The three-day festival will be inaugurated by Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in presence of Union Human Resources Development Minister Dr Mahendra Nath Pandey. Other speakers at the inaugural session include eminent writer Dr. Kedarnath Singh and poet Dr. H.S. Shivprakash.
Around 200 celebrities from the world of literature, cinema, media and politics will attend the event and deliberate on the theme ‘Literature for Peace and Harmony’.
“Three years of KLF have seen great voices in literature. This year, we got several suggestions to expand it to global voices. This certainly will be a great value addition for young writers,” KLF founder and director Rashmi Ranjan Parida said at a press conference here on Sunday.
Co-founders of KLF Dikhya Tiwari, Prof Kamala Kanta Dash, Debasis Samantaray and youth icon Barendra Kumar also addressed the media.
