Mumbai: Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan, who were admitted to Nanavati hospital here after testing positive for COVID-19, are recovering fast and may be discharged soon.
According to a recent DNA report, Big B is likely to undergo swab test this week, most probably on Thursday.
Amitabh and Abhishek had tested positive for COVID-19 on July 11 and admitted to Nanavati hospital the same day.
A day later on July 12, Big B’s daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai and granddaughter Aaradhya had also tested positive for the virus.
The mother-daughter duo was initially quarantined at home, but shifted to a hospital after complaining of breathlessness on July 17.
