New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda became the fourth politician to test positive for COVID-19 on Monday.
Take to his official Twitter handle, Nadda said that he underwent the test after having some symptoms.
“I got my COVID test done after showing initial symptoms. My report has come positive. I am feeling fine now,” he wrote.
Nadda’s test result comes on a day when Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar and Karnataka chief minister Basavaraj Bommai also tested positive for the deadly virus.
On Sunday, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal had said he had recovered from the disease a few days after testing positive.
