Cuttack: The Cuttack Urban Police District on Thursday launched a WhatsApp helpline no. — 8763068167 — to enable people to lodge their grievances.
The decision was taken in view of the difficulties faced by people in visiting police stations or the district police office to lodge their grievance relating to lockdown and other matters.
The DCP Cuttack will personally monitor the grievances and call the petitioners.
According to reports, people have been asked to send only pictures of the copies of their grievances and not call on this number.
