Cuttack: The Orissa High Court on Monday directed the Commissionerate Police to submit a status report on the action taken in the alleged gang rape of a minor girl in Bhubaneswar.
The court directive came while hearing a PIL seeking a CBI probe into the incident. Bharatiya Vikash Parishad had filed the PIL on September 16.
The court also directed the respondents to submit an affidavit.
