Bhubaneswar: While announcing guidelines for Unlock 2.0, the Odisha government had said that the local authorities would take a decision on the opening of malls in their respective areas.
In a notification issued on Wednesday, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation said that a decision on the opening of shopping malls in the city will be taken after an assessment of the situation.
Meanwhile, schools and colleges in the city will remain closed till August 31 and so also cinema halls, gym and swimming pools in accordance with the government guidelines.
The night curfew will be imposed from 9 pm to 5 am. The weekend shutdown will continue till the end of July.
