Koraput: Mother of Kunduli gang survivor has lodged a complaint at Mangalabag police station on Saturday alleging that her daughter is receiving death threats from the authorities of SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack, police and Koraput District Protection Officer (DCPO).
According to the complainant, those against whom the FIR has been lodged are stopping the victim from being discharged from SCB in an attempt to suppress the incident.
The minor girl’s family members had staged a dharna on SCB premises, demanding that she be immediately discharged from the hospital.
On the other hand, the doctors treating the girl had stated that her mental condition is not stable and she appears depressed.
The girl was shifted to SCB on November 19 from Saheed Laxman Nayak Medical College and Hospital. She was hospitalized after blood was found in the vomit.
The lass-IX student of Kunduli in Koraput district was allegedly gang raped by four security personnel on October 10 while returning from school.
