Bhubaneswar: After a gap of three days, COVID-19 on Wednesday claimed one more life in Odisha. A 29-year-old woman of Khurda district had succumbed to the virus on April 4.
The Health Department identified the latest victim as a 28-year-old man from Puri district. He was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
With this, the death toll in the state has touched 1923.
Besides one death, Odisha saw the biggest jump of 791 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.
