Mumbai: Bollywood has stood by Shah Rukh Khan in his hour of crisis. Many of his fellow-actors and others from the fraternity have said Aryan Khan is having to pay for being the superstar’s son.
Director Ram Gopal Varma has a different take. He is of the opinion that Aryan’s arrest in the rave party cruise drugs bust case will actually help him.
RGV took to social media to post a series of tweets about the ongoing drugs case. The controversial filmmaker feels that fans, media houses and even Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) – which has arrested 20 people so far — have turned Aryan into a bigger star than his father.
“All genuine and intelligent fans of @iamsrk should thank the great NCB for making their SUPER STAR’s son into a SUPER DUPER STAR ..As @iamsrk‘s genuine fan I just want to shout JAI NCB,” RGV tweeted.
He added that the anti-drug agency has given the star kid a launch, even before SRK could do so.

The bail plea hearing of Aryan, who was arrested by NCB along with Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha and others, was adjourned on October 13, and has resumed on Thursday.
ASG Anil Kumar Singh, representing NCB, has continuously and vehemently opposed bail for Aryan, arguing that in the special NDPS court that investigation has revealed the latter’s role in procurement and distribution of drugs.
