Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Bhubaneswar touched 414 on Saturday with 45 more people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
According to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), 37 of these are quarantine cases, while eight are local contacts.

“Further contact tracing is still continuing. Primary contacts and nearby houses are being quarantined and sanitised and these will be under active surveillance,” the BMC added.
The day also saw two persons from the city succumbing to the virus.

Meanwhile, 31 patients have been cured of the infection in the city. With six deaths and 247 recoveries, Bhubaneswar now has 160 active cases.
