1 killed, two injured in head-on collision between bikes

Cuttack: A person was killed while two others suffered grievous injuries in a head-on collision between two motorcycles at Kulia Chhak in Cuttack.

The deceased wasn identified as Prashant Panda, a resident of Patara village.

Prashant was heading towards his village on a motorcycle with another person riding pillion when a biker collided with him, leaving three persons travelling on both two-wheelers critically injured.

They were rushed to Salipur hospital. Prashant was later shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack, where he succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
