Boudh: At least 15 members of a bridal party were injured, four of them seriously when a mini truck carrying them overturned near Anandpur Square on National Highway-57 in Odisha’s Keonjhar district in the late afternoon on Sunday.
The injured were admitted to a government hospital at Anandpur.
Sources said the vehicle carrying about 40 persons was on the way to Anandpur from Boudh when the accident took place.
“It is not clear what made the driver lose control of the vehicle. However, eyewitnesses said rash driving led to the mishap. We are investigating into the incident,” a police officer said.
