102 New COVID Cases Reported From Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID cases continued to remain above 100 in Odisha capital where as many as 102 new tested positive for the disease on Tuesday.

According to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), all the new patients were infected by the local contacts, while 155 recovered cases were reported from the city.

Of the new cases, maximum 21 were reported from Khandagiri, followed by 15 from Patia while the rest places registered new cases in single digit.

The number of COVID active cases in Bhubaneswar came down to 1,158 from yesterday’s 1,211. But the deceased cases remained same as 1,194 with no new casualty reported in the last 24 hours.

The number of total cases in the city has gone up to 1,63,341, while 1,60,968 patients have recovered from the disease so far, the BMC stated in a tweet.
