Bhubaneswar: The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education in Odisha Wednesday released the third phase selection report for admission to Plus II for the 2025-26 academic year, confirming seats for 10,576 students.
Of the selected candidates, 8,587 are fresh applicants who did not participate in earlier phases.
The Arts stream saw the highest number of selections, with 6,584 students securing seats. Science stream followed with 2,439 selections, while Sanskrit recorded 946, Commerce 416, and Vocational stream 191.
A total of 5,369 boys and 5,207 girls were selected, indicating a balanced gender representation in the current admission cycle.
As the Plus II admission process in Odisha continues to evolve, the inclusion of a large number of new candidates indicates improved accessibility and awareness across the state.
