108 Ambulance Employees’ Stir Cripples Healthcare In Nabarangpur

Nabarangpur: Healthcare services remained crippled across Nabarangpur district on Thursday owing to a ceasework strike observed by the employees of ‘108 ambulance service’.

“We strongly condemn the state government’s move in issuing termination order to as many as 18 employees of ‘108 ambulance service’ without any reason. The employees have been continuously working for the past four years to provide emergency health services to the people. But it is unfortunate that they have been deprived of getting their salary for last few months”, an agitator said.
The protestors have threatened to intensify agitation if the termination order is not revoked at the earliest.
