Phulbani: The COVID-19 tally in Kandhamal district mounted to 772 on Thursday with an overnight addition of 74 new cases.
According to the district administration, 24 cases have been reported from Baliguda, followed by Daringbadi (14), eight each from K Nuagaon and Kotagad, seven each from G Udaygiri and Tumudibandh, Phulbani (5), and Raikia (1).

Among the new cases, seven are CRPF Jawans while 11 are COVID warriors.
With three death and 428 recoveries, Kandhamal now has 341 active cases.
