A Dozen To One! Naveen Tenure Sees 12 Chief Secys

Bhubaneswar: With the appointment of senior IAS officer Asit Tripathy as the new Chief Secretary, Odisha has witnessed 12 chief secretaries since March 5, 2000, when Naveen Patnaik took as Chief Minister.

Those who served as chief secretaries during with Naveen Patnaik as Chief Minister are as follows:

2. Sudhanshu Mohan Patnaik (8.3.2000—31.10.2000)

3. Debi Prasad Bagchi (1.11.2000—31.10.2002)

4. Pratip Kumar Mohanty (31.10.2002—31.8.2004)

5. Subas Pani (1.9.2004—30.11.2006)

6. Ajit Kumar Tripathy (1.12.2006—31.8.2009)

7. Tarunkanti Mishra (1.9.2009—31.8.2010)

8. Bijay Kumar Patnaik (31.8.2010—30.6.2013)

9. Jugal Kishore Mohapatra (1.7.2013—25.7.2014)

10. Gokul Chandra Pati (1.8.2014—30.11.2015)
