Rayagada: As many as 121 Odia migrant workers stranded in Tirupati amid the coronavirus-induced lockdown arrived at Raygada railway station on a Shramik Special train on Sunday.
After thermal screening, the administration provided the returnees with refreshments.
Sub-collector Pratap Chandra Pradhan, ABDO Nrusinha Charan Pattanaik, and other officials were also present at the station.
Those from other districts left for their native places in buses arranged by the government where they will be placed under institutional quarantine. The ones belonging to Rayagada district will be quarantined at panchayat level quarantine centres, an official said.
