Bhubaneswar: Thirteen Odisha Administration Service (OAS) officers have been promoted to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) rank.
According to the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension’s November 25 release, they have been appointed by the President against vacancies determined by the Government of India in consultation with the state government on probation until further orders. The have been allocated Odisha cadre.
