New Delhi: At least 13 people have tested positive for COVID-19 at Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal’s office at Raj Niwas Marg, Civil Lines, here, new agency ANI reported.
According to reports, a junior assistant posted at the grievance cell tested positive for the virus on May 28. Following which, samples of 40 other staff members were collected for COVID-19 tests and 12 more were found to have contracted the infection.
Delhi has reported 990 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, taking the affected tally to 20,834 on Tuesday. The virus has so far claimed 523 lives in the state.
