Cuttack: The Millenium City reported 150 new COVID-19 cases, which took the affected tally to 2828 on Thursday.
According to Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC), 17 more cases have been reported from the isolation ward of SCB Medical College and Hospital here.
Among the institutional cases, five are COVID warriors.
Dhada Sahi in Shelter Chhak has reported 19 new cases followed by six from Mochi Sahi and five each from Pilgrim Road and Nua Bazaar.
The city has reported another 67 local contact cases.
The CMC also informed about 80 more patients recovering from the infection. One more person also succumbed during treatment in the last 24 hours.
With 14 deaths and 1727 recoveries, Cuttack city now has 1087 active cases.
