Bhubaneswar: Continuing its drive against touts operating at public places, Odisha police on Sunday arrested 16 middlemen from eight places in the state.
The public places under scanner include hospitals, medical colleges, blood banks, dispensaries and Regional Transport Offices.
In all, 152 middlemen have been arrested in the last five days.
