1637 Test COVID-19 Positive In Odisha; TPR 2.19%

Bhubaneswar: A total of 1637 persons tested COVID-19 positive in the last 24 hours in Odisha taking the tally to 9,69,185 on Sunday. Out of 74553 samples tested, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 2.19 per cent.

Among the positive cases, 949 are from quarantine while 688 are local contact cases.

Khurda district logged the highest 350 fresh infections, followed by Cuttack (250) and Angul (100). However, Gajapati district reported no new cases.
