Malkangiri: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha’s Malkangiri district touched 1612 on Friday with 81 new positive cases.
According to the district administration, all are local contact cases.
Among them, 18 are COVID warriors.
The highest of 19 cases have been reported from Malkangiri municipality followed by 15 from Korukonda, 14 from Podia block, 13 from Kalimela, nine from Chitrakonda, seven from Khoriput, two from Malkangiri block and one each from Mathili and Balimela NAC.
