Anugul: Some Odia migrants coming in a Shramik Special train were held by police after they deboarded near a railway crossing in the district on Tuesday.
According to sources, the train coming from Ahmedabad with the migrants met an accident as a cow came in front of it near Boinda level crossing. As the train stopped, 18 persons belonging to Athmallik and Thakurgarh left the train and hid themselves in the nearby jungle.
On being informed, RPF personnel rushed to the spot and traced the hiding people. Later, 10 persons were sent to Boinda quarantine centre and 8 to Lohamunda centre.
