Bargarh: Two persons were killed after a speeding truck dashed against the motor-cycle they were riding at a village in Odisha’s Bargarh district on Sunday.
As per preliminary information, the mishap took place when the bikers were passing through Manirchathar Street in the district early in the morning.
As the truck hit their bike, the two reportedly died on the spot. The identity of the victims is yet to be ascertained.
On being informed, a team of police personnel reached the spot and launched an investigation into the accident. The truck driver abandoned his vehicle and fled the spot immediately after accident.
