2 cops killed in PLFI firing in Simdega

Simdega: Two police personnel were killed in a crossfire
with Maoists belonging to People’s Liberation Front of India
(PLFI) at Bano in Simdega district late on Saturday night.

The deceased were identified as Bano police station
inspector-in-charge Bidyapati Singh and constable Tarun Burali.

Another constable, who sustained critical injuries, has
been admitted to a local hospital.
