2 killed, two injured as bikes collide head-on in Ganjam

Ganjam: Two persons died and as many were seriously injured when two motorcycles collided head-on near Kanteipali Square under Gangpur police limits in Ganjam district on Sunday.

The deceased were identified as Bhaskar Swain and Mitu Gaud.

Receiving information regarding the incident, police rushed to the spot and started investigation after sending those injured to a nearby hospital and seizing the bodies.

Eyewitnesses told police that the mishap occurred as the bikers were over-speeding.
