21 Shramik Special Trains To Arrive In Odisha Today

Bhubaneswar: As many as 21 Shramik Special trains from nine different places are expected to reach Odisha on Sunday.

Arrangements were made at Balangir, Bhadrak, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Jagannathpur, Balasore, Cuttack, Ganjam, Nergudi, Angul, Bhawanipatna and Nuapada stations for transport of the passengers in buses from the railway stations to their respective quarantine centres, the East Coast Railway (ECor) informed.

The authorities have alerted passengers and other parties concerned that there could be a change in the expected time of arrivals of one or two trains due to the late departure from the originating station.

These special trains are being operated by Indian Railways to bring back those stranded in other states due to the coronavirus-induced lockdown to their native places.
