Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar reported 22 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours.
The tally in the capital city stood at 31,577 on Monday.
Fresh cases have generally been on the decline in Odisha. Bhubaneswar’s numbers were 16 on Sunday, 20 on Saturday and 31 on Friday.
Nine of the new cases were from quarantine centres and 13 were through local contacts. As many as 33 patients got cured of the virus in last 24 hours.
With 239 deaths and 31,028 recoveries, Bhubaneswar currently has 289 active cases.
