Angul: At least 25 persons were injured when a private bus in which they were travelling overturned near Samantarapur under Jarpada police limits in Angul district late on Wednesday.
According to available information, the incident took place at around 3 am when the driver lost control over the vehicle while negotiating a turn.
On being informed, police and fire personnel rushed to the spot and rescued the victims with the help of locals.
They were rushed to the district headquarters hospital for treatment.
The ill-fated vehicle was heading towards Bhubaneswar from Jharsuguda.
