250 Boys & Girls Take Part In Inter-Slum Athletics Meet In Cuttack

Cuttack: Around 250 boys and girls participated in an Inter-Slum Athletics Meet at Gora Kabar Field here on Sunday.

The meet, conducted non-profit charitable trust UDAAN, saw participants competing in various events like 100 and 200m run, high jump, shot put, cycling in senior and junior categories.

Amitendra Nath Sinha, IG Police, Crime Branch, graced the occasion as chief guest. Bijay Kumar Pradhan, Commandant, 6th Battalion, and Rashmi Ranjan Samantray, District Sports Officer, were guests of honour.

The guests presented shields to all the winners.
