Bhubaneswar: The Higher Education department on Tuesday began the process for e-admission in all degree, autonomous, self-financing (degree) and Sanskrit colleges in Odisha following the declaration of the annual +2 Arts, Commerce and Vocational Education results on June 9.
According to a notification by the Higher Education department, the online common application form (CAF) will be available on its website www.dheodisha.gov.in
The manual CAF will be available at the student academic management system (SAMS) Resource Centres after 10 am. The last date of the application through SAMS is June 27.
The first merit list will be published on July 3 and the admission process will be conducted from July 4 to 7. The second cut-off merit list will be published on July 11 and the admission process will be on July 12 and 13. The timeline for offline CAF and admission for the remaining seats is between July 16 and 18.
The merit list would be published on July 19 and the admission will be completed by July 21, the notification added.
The department has advised students to go through the common prospectus before submitting the CAF.
