Bhubaneswar: Three persons have been arrested for an alleged murder bid near Lingaraj Temple Road railway station in Odisha capital on Saturday.
The accused have been identified as Dina Kumar (19), Guddu Rajkumar (24) and Suraj Rishi (24), all residents of Katihar in Bihar.
According to sources, one Khitis Kumar Nayak intervened when the trio was assaulting a youth near the station on Saturday evening. As the victim then managed to escape, the accused hit Nayak with wooden planks. Some local came to his rescue and informed police.
