Kendrapada: Three contractual employees of energy department were injured while repairing power lines at Nadiabarei village at Patkura in Kendrapara district on Wednesday.
They were carrying out repair work atop an electric transformer when the power supply was suddenly switched on, leading to the mishap.
some villagers rescued the trio and got them admitted to district headquarters hospital, where doctors described their condition as critical.
